Boat, Trailer, and Caravan towing and movement Terms and conditions.

We have fully comprehensive cover with GJW marine and Adrian Flux which includes:

·         Public liability up to £1 million

·         Boats, Trailers, and Caravans to the Value of £50,000

·         Goods in transit £20,000 with the option to increase this if necessary.

·         insured to drive customers vehicles upto the value of £25,000 however vehicles must be 

        road worthy and road legal.

Our requirements for towing your Trailers or Caravans

·         50mm EU socket or 1.5/ 2” American fitting, or towing eye + pin.

·         Roadworthy and legal condition.

·         Good tyres side wall and tread (spare could be helpful or let us know the size etc)

·         If fitted with brakes they should be working if over 1500kg

·         Trailers, and caravans free rolling and moveable (not seized brakes or bearings)

·         Must have roadworthy chassis.

Customers could incure a fee if the above specifications are not met and a problem arises as a result, if in any doubt please inform us before hand, We do have the option to lift Trailers, Boats and Caravans onto a low loading Truck. It is available to carry anything that dosen't meet these standards, up to 10 tonnes, 8 meters long and 2.7 metres wide.

Should a breakdown occour through faulty or puntured tyres, brakes or wheel barings, we will cover the cost of Recovery, but repairs will have to be paid for in full by the client, we will give a quote for this work before it is undertaken by our mechanics.

Basic Pricing for the towing Caravans, Trailers or Boats on Trailers.

Up to 1250kgs £0.50p per mile + VAT

1250kgs to 2000kgs £0.60p per mile + VAT

2000 kgs to 3500kgs £0.65p per mile + VAT

Prices are for the total round trip distance from CT12 5BA England, a discount is available if an additional round trip load can be sourced.

 We are fully Insured and Charge FROM 50p per mile, the max weight we can tow is 7000lbs or 3500kgs
